House of Knowledge develop advanced training tools like Serious Games - On-site-Table-top - and soon our On-site games in "Remote Presence"(digital).

The concept of serious game is most easily described as games that go beyond fun and into the realm of learning. Generally, this happens by strategically designing the game around some central knowledge or experience that players take part in and learn from. Serious games are applied games with a purpose and clear learning outcomes, hands-on and creating tacit knowledge and skills through a real and “live” simulation.

We aim to develop a HR Serious Game(s) and can partner with you to develop serious games that meet the needs of your organization. We normally work in the realm of innovation and IP and you can view an animation of one of our IP Serious Games under this text.

This conference uses our e-learning Hooks as a platform which we normally use for training on IP and innovation.
