Serious games, games with a purpose beyond entertainment, excel at getting people to engage, collaborate, and share. By removing barriers to interaction, adding a bit of fun, and leveling the playing field, play creates a safe environment for shared learning, building teamwork, and exchanging perspectives.
We create bespoke serious games, as we have done on many topics with NGOs, academia, and industry actors, and we offer a host of ready-made games and game templates that can easily be adapted. On top of serious games for training, we also make games for research data collection, community engagement, and assessment (e.g., of company strategy).
Facilitation and train-the-trainer: All our games are supported by an expert who ensures collaboration and appropriate challenges. We mostly facilitate ourselves, but we also offer facilitator training if you want to use a game on your own. This is particularly relevant if you’re looking to implement a game across a large organisation, or if you’re a consultant looking to license our games.
